We are a rental space in Glasgow, Scotland that offers facilities for a continual rotation of beauty freelancers. We offer access to our facilities with no ties to a lease, making it easy, affordable, and convenient to use our premises. Mapped out over 1900 sq ft, we offer a large space for creative freelancers.
The 145 Collective is a rental space for people to pre book a station in advance for the days and weeks they need. There are daily, weekly and quarterly options available for people that want a more stable workplace, but the whole concept behind The 145 Collective is flexibility. Most of all, NO DEPOSITS are required, providing a more affordable way to freelance.
THE 145 MEMBERSHIP
To access our booking system you need to subscribe to a monthly membership of £29.99 per month, or annual membership of £299 where you get 2 months free. This membership acts as your deposit and allows us to vet members and cover monthly utilities. Your membership is paid upfront for the month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. If you wish to use the facilities out with this 30 days you will need to resubscribe.
The membership gives you full access to book our beauty stations and rooms, as well as access to our admin facilities (printers, WiFi, and staff area). The membership comes with terms and conditions that all members must adhere to.

Book beauty stations and rooms with small amenities included;
Free refreshments and access to kitchen facilities:
Reception and waiting area for clients;
Lockers to secure your belongings;
Admin facilities including printers, WiFi and a staff area;
Ring lights;
Cleaning and sterilisation products;
Towels, cotton pads and buds, and back wash for hairdressers.
